Dr. Gregory Amante, DPM

Dr. Gregory Amante is board-certified foot and ankle physician licensed in NY and Florida. Dr. Amante is an active member of the APMA and a professional member of the American Diabetes Association. He has been practicing podiatry since 1999. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York, Dr. Amante attended New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he earned his DPM degree. Afterward, he completed his residencies in podiatry at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in podiatric surgery at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. Dr. Amante is currently affiliated with Maimonides Medical center in Brooklyn, NY and Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood Florida.

Dr. Akerman

Dr. Akerman is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she graduated with honors at the top 3 of her class. After completing a 4 year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York, she has been practicing in New York.

As of 2022 Dr. Akerman has relocated to South Florida. Dr. Akerman is a board-certified podiatric physician specializing in adult and pediatric foot conditions.

Victoria Vanet, CCPMA, CLS

Victoria is a Managing Partner at the Gentle Touch Podiatric Care Practice and has worked in podiatry since 2010, assisting with various podiatric procedures. She graduated from Long Island University in 1995 and went back to school to obtain her Business Degree from New York Business School. In 2008, Victoria became a Certified Graduate of Institute of Aesthetic Training (extensively trained in laser therapy for various conditions such as spider veins, fungal laser treatment for skin and nails, and wart therapy in adults and children. In 2015, Victoria became a Certified Graduate of American College of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics & Medicine (Certified Clinical Podiatric Medical Assistant) with bi-annual certifications.

Victoria is an active member of the American Society of Podiatric Medical Assistants and she currently travels between New York and South Florida.
